Originally an architect by profession, Peter Leibacher joined Swisscontact Cambodia in 2016 through an assignment from his Master of Advanced Studies in Development and Cooperation at NADEL, ETH Zurich. After graduation in 2018, he moved on with Swisscontact to the Lao PDR and supported various projects and the development of the country program. Peter has been part of the VTESS project team since its start in 2019. In the project, he manages the IVET Framework Conditions component (Comp.3) and manages Monitoring and Results Measurement (MRM) for the project.
