Yengmoua Palee

Yengmoua Palee Joined the Swisscontact in December 2021. He graduated Master of Forestry in Plantation Development from Beijing Forestry University, China in 2021, and he also hold the Bachelor of Environmental Management at National University of Laos in 2010.

Now, he works as a Provincial Technical Coordinator base in Xiengkhouang province under VTESS Project, His main responsibilities are to support the Component Manager in implementing the IVET pathway component of the project. Particularly, to lead the project activities in field and also works closely with the Integrated Vocational and Education Training (IVET) school and other relevant stakeholders in the Xiengkhouang province. Furthermore, he also works closely with the ESS coordinator on issues of ESS delivery in the province.

In previously, he had been working with Save the Children International (SCI) and Namngiep 1 Power Company (NNP1), and Phu Bia Mining for more than 10 years, and he has more experience in Project management, Project planning, Team management, Coaching teacher, Training skills and planning, Community engagement. He also has experience on Support capacity building to the Partners and working closely with Provincial Education and Sport Services (PESS) and another stakeholder.
