Thongchanh Xaiyavong joined the Swisscontact Laos on January 2020 as Provincial Technical Coordinator of VTESS Project in Xiengkhouang Province until now.

Thongchanh Xaiyavong holds a Master of Arts (MA) degree in International Development Studies from National University of Laos, Vientiane Capital. And had a Bachelor Degree in General English for Communication from Souphanouvong University, Luang Prabang Province.
