Technological advances and changes in educational teaching processes have challenged us to incorporate hybrid learning as a new way of thinking about training.

Within this framework, and with the objective of providing tools for the design and/or development of hybrid training programs, taking into account successful international experiences and the needs of students, Swisscontact organizes the INTERNATIONAL WEBINAR "Hybrid Learning: Innovations and lessons learned, international practices and opportunities ahead".

This webinar will be held on September 8, from 8am to 11am (Peru time). It is an interactive and dynamic event in which European experts will participate, presenting successful and practical international cases, as well as different tools to strengthen capacities in the design and implementation of online learning.

It is aimed at Directors of Educational Institutions, Managers of training areas, Specialists/responsible for the design and development of training or training products with hybrid or virtual format, other interested specialists who work directly in the pedagogical area.

Agenda:

  • Developing a hybrid training program according to the needs of the audience.
  • Competencies for hybrid learning.
  • Successful experiences in hybrid learning as a result of the pandemic.
  • Opportunities for hybrid training offerings.
