The main themes of the training consisted of: fruit and vegetable classification and definitions, fundamentals of food preservations, drying methods, operations in manufacturing of canned fruit and vegetables, and fruit juice, jam and jelly and nectar manufacturing. The training had both theoretical and practical parts, and visits to local companies.
The training was organized by CEED Kosovo, in partnership with Promoting Private Sector Employment project, part of activities to support local producers advance production processes.
