The Colombia + Competitiva program is a joint initiative between the Swiss State Secretariat for Economic Affairs (SECO) and the National Government of Colombia, which aims to improve the country's competitiveness and diversify its economy. The Swiss Foundation for Technical Development Cooperation - SWISSCONTACT is the national facilitator of the program.
