Sengchanh has joined Swisscontact Lao PDR since early 2020, he serves as a Provincial Technical Coordinator to support the Manager IVET training in implementing the IVET pathway component of the project and lead the field-based project activities.
He graduated with a Bachelor Degree of Science in Agriculture (Majoring in Rural Economy and Food Technology) at the Faculty of the Agriculture National University of Lao, and he has worked with various INGOs for above eight years of practical experiences in the area of international development in terms of livelihood development field through agriculture implementation and freshwater conservation.
